These are some of our lettuce varieties. They've been beautiful and delicious so far this year.
Winterbor Kale (Curly Kale). One of the many varieties of kale we grow.

The corn is growing. We're still hoping!
Cucumbers are hoping for a greenhouse home soon. Our male workshares have been helping a lot as we are trying to salvage parts of the old greenhouse to make two smaller new ones.
Czeck Black Pepper. These are always the first peppers of the season. Aren't they pretty?
This is our garlic. The mountains look pretty in the background too.
Garlic scapes. The seed stalk of the garlic plant that tastes like garlic, but is chopped like a green onion.

Inside the pepper/squash greenhouse. Cold crops share the space but get cleared out as soon as the field crops mature.

Cabbage and broccoli have recovered nicely from the hail. It's miraculous really. They are a little behind schedule, but looking really well.
Squash plants are grown with black plastic mulch for added heat.
